Your entries are transmitted to our servers and to the AI services used to operate the AI assistant in order to process your enquiry. We primarily use Google Gemini and, where technically necessary, OpenAI as a fallback service.

The content of your chat enquiries is not stored permanently and is not used to train the AI models employed.

Please do not submit particularly sensitive personal data or confidential information via the AI assistant.

If you voluntarily provide contact details such as your name, email address or phone number in the chat, an excerpt of your enquiry may be transmitted to A+H Broker GmbH to process your request and stored as part of our business correspondence.

To protect our website against misuse and automated requests, we use technical security measures. This includes in particular an IP-based limit on the number of requests within a given period (rate limiting).
