We measure
before we claim
Our model is scientifically accompanied by the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) — with a result we publish, regardless of the outcome.
Studied, measured, proven
In absence management, promises are many, verified figures few. That is why we have the FHNW accompany our model scientifically. We publish the result, whatever the outcome.
What is being studied
The effect of medical early intervention on case duration, return rate and absence cost — measured against supervised mandates, not model calculations.
How it is measured
Structured FHNW metrics form the basis for well-founded advice, comparable benchmarks and consistently compelling mandate conversations.
What already exists
From one accompanied mandate: 180 employees, absence rate down from 4.32% to 2.30% in nine months — 587 fewer sick days. Published pilot results from the FHNW follow in Q3 and Q4 2026.
