What is being studied
The effect of medical early intervention on case duration, return rate and absence cost — measured against supervised mandates, not model calculations.
How it is measured
Structured FHNW metrics form the basis for well-founded advice, comparable benchmarks and consistently compelling mandate conversations.
What already exists
From a supervised mandate: 180 employees, absence rate reduced from 4.32 to 2.30 % in nine months – This corresponds to 587 fewer absence days – The figures are provisional – Published pilot results from the scientific monitoring by FHNW will follow in spring 2027
